For Vega, you will need a Vega account, and a Stripe® account for processing payments.
Vega will produce "page inserts" called widgets for your web site. If you don't have easy access to a website, you can still format and use the Vega pages.
Vega will help you set up a Stripe® account and link this to Vega. There is no cost to setup Stripe.

You will create documents from Vega templates that allow you to issue Tickets, acknowledge purchasers and do other "engagement and fulfilment" tasks. Everything is explained in Vega documentation.
